How to unlock 100% Mates

The official Steam description for 100% Mates is: complete WheelMates 100% and find all the collectibles. It is an umbrella completion achievement, not a reward for finishing only the final campaign area. Steam lists separate achievements for levels, abilities, four collectible sets, Neuro-nodes, mini-games, and optional actions, which together provide the safest verified checklist.

Campaign checklist

Complete every named level achievement:

  • Kitchen
  • Hallway
  • Garage
  • Neuro-Void: Fragments
  • Shed
  • Backyard

Obtain every named gadget achievement:

  • Grapple
  • Magnetic Grabber
  • Magnet Wheels
  • Phase Shifter
  • Paintgun

These milestones show that both players have progressed through the campaign and acquired its major cooperative tools. If a progression achievement does not unlock, confirm Steam is online, reload the current checkpoint, and make sure the full-game client and Friend's Pass client use the same version.

Collectible and activity checklist

Steam identifies the following completion targets:

  • Charge to full capacity! — collect all Neuro-Cores.
  • Story driven — collect all Neuro-Memory Cards.
  • Ultra-Fine-tuning — collect all Custom parts.
  • Seek & Scan — find all scannable objects.
  • What does Everett have to say about it? — listen to all Neuro-nodes.
  • Mini-games lovers — play all mini-games.

Track each category separately. A Memory Card and a scannable object are not interchangeable, and clearing one set does not satisfy the others. The public Steam achievement page confirms these categories but does not provide a current room-by-room location list, so this checklist intentionally avoids unsupported pickup coordinates.

Do not forget optional achievements

Before expecting 100% Mates, review the remaining entries on Steam. Seek & Destroy requires breaking 50 items. Steam also shows Plug into an outlet without a public description and Right where they're belongs to be with the clue “But where is the water?” Because those two entries are intentionally cryptic, use the in-game environment and achievement notification instead of treating an unverified solution as fact.

Completion percentages on Steam are live statistics and do not change the requirements. The permanent achievement descriptions are the relevant source.

FAQ

Does finishing the story unlock 100% Mates?

Not by itself. The official description also requires all collectibles.

Which collectible groups are confirmed?

Neuro-Cores, Neuro-Memory Cards, Custom parts, and scannable objects each have their own Steam achievement.

Do Neuro-nodes and mini-games matter?

They have separate all-items or all-activities achievements and should be included in a full completion run.
